We were delighted to welcome the second group from Bracknell U3A Group who visited us last week as part of our complimentary racecourse tour programme with a special meet/greet with Side Glance, our equine ambassador.
These informative tours are led by members of our Bowler Hat team who provide an informative “behind the scenes” tour of the racecourse on non-racedays at certain times throughout the year.
“I have had many email and personal thanks for the outing but I think it should be the two wonderful men, who gave them a very interesting insight into the workings of Ascot Racecourse “behind the scenes” as well as its history that deserve the praise …They also enjoyed meeting the racehorse and were amazed how calm he was with everyone around him. The only problem now is I will have more wanting to attend, a rather nice problem.
